The actual causes of sticking/buildup have been intensively studied by Chem-Trend chemists, which allowed us to develop products that eliminate the fundamental problem. With our mold release agents, buildup cannot gain a foothold on the pressing surface, ensuring that the manufacturing plant can remain in operation for extended periods of time. Since the release property of these products leads to a pressed article surface that is very smooth and consistent in texture, surface sanding — where necessary — is minimized.
