The different manufacturing processes in polyurethane processing require very specific demands on the mould release agents to be used. That’s why the choice of a suitable release agent is so crucial. However, mistakes can be made during the spray application of the release agent, which have a negative impact on the production results in several respects. Applying too much release agent is just as undesirable as applying too little release agent. The video clearly shows misapplication and the resulting disadvantages.
